My Therapy Style
I believe that successful therapy helps us to integrate the disowned parts of the Self. Only when we can function as an emotionally whole person can we

be authentic to self and others. Living authentically makes us feel comfortable in our own skins—I believe that that is what most of us desire.
To that end, I am willing to challenge my clients to push through fears and doubts. I am aware, however, that it is necessary to be supportive during crucial stages of the change process. While I do push, I am also there during the tough part of the journey.

I work hard for my clients and do my best work with people who are committed to making positive changes in their lives. If you believe that this is a good fit with you, please contact me and I will answer any questions you may have. If I cannot help you, I will make every effort to find you the appropriate professional.
